DO YOU SHIP DISCREETLY?

Yes, we value the privacy of our customers. If you would like your package shipped without our company name on the shipping label, please put ‘Discreet’ in the order notes during checkout.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent your tracking information via email.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting phone orders at this time. To ensure that your order is accurate and exactly what you’d like, we encourage you to place your order via our website.

DO YOU LAB TEST YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we absolutely do. Your safety is of utmost importance. All of our products undergo full panel, FDA compliant tests. This includes testing for ID/percentage, biological, and heavy metals. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT QUESTIONS CAN YOU ANSWER ABOUT KRATOM?

Unfortunately, the FDA heavily restricts how Kratom vendors can describe their products. This includes dosage recommendation, medical advice (pain, anxiety, etc.), and usage information. If your question(s) involve any of these categories, we are not legally permitted to answer them. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our main priority. If you are unhappy with your order, we welcome you to return it within 30 days of your purchase, for a full refund. Please note that there must be at least 90% of the product remaining to receive a full refund.
